Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your volleyball equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and shoes are inside their original brand box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
